Following some confusion surrounding the submission of motions.  ALL motions submitted to council or general meetings must have 1 proposer and 10 seconders including name, department, PRN, year and SIGNATURE.  This is in accordance with the standing orders; Section 3, Paragraph VII, Point A, sub heading 1 : "signed by a proposer and signed by at least ten seconders"
