Join UCLU Sikh Society for this one-off taster session and feed your soul with Sikh meditation and Kundalini yoga. Kundalini yoga is a physical and meditative discipline, comprising a set of simple techniques that use the mind, senses and body to create a communication between ‘mind’ and ‘body’. Following the session there is a discussion based on the activities of the society and your chance to find out more about the Sikh religion.

Collections for London's Air Ambulance
London’s Air Ambulance provides crucial pre-hospital care to victims of major trauma throughout London. It is relied upon by all 10 million people who live, work, or commute into London yet it is a charity. You are needed to volunteer and help raise the funds necessary to continue this service. If you are able to spare a few hours to help with one of their collections your help would be much appreciated!
