Shaolin Kung Fu
Hosted by UCLU Shaolin Kung-Fu society this is a training session in the ancient martial art. The session is divided into two parts: Qi Gong, a slow meditation-based class similar to Tai Chi and Yoga and Kong-Fu Preparation, an intense class which teaches basic fundamentals of self defence and gong-fu forms, as well as raising physical fitness through circuit-based training.

Stop Motion Workshop
Be creative in this workshop and use plasticine, cut out shapes, cables and any other props you can lay your hands on to create short bursts of animation. You’ll learn the skills to make stop motion animation and use the studio equipment to create an animation to take home.

This walk shows London at it’s grandest: the place where kings and queens were crowned, where they lived and were often buried, this is the heart of the Empire and the gathering place for politicians. You’ll take in all the sights including the ancient Westminster Hall, the Houses of Parliament, the Jewel Tower and Westminster Abbey. Ending at the Cabinet War Rooms, the fortified bunker that housed Winston Churchill's centre of operations during the war.

UCL Teach In: Beyond Iraq: Other Fronts in the War on Terror
The UCL Stop the War Society is holding a teach-in next week to highlight the effects of the war on terror outside of Iraq, from northern and sub-Saharan Africa, to Pakistan and the occupation of Afghanistan. Speakers include academic experts and eye-witness accounts.
