In Clubs and Societies News, I'm proud to announce that our very own Cheese Grater Magazine were recently named 'Small Budget Publication of the Year' at this year's Guardian Student Media Awards. Congratulations all round! Especially impressive as 'small budget' apparently means anything under £8,000! So on their meagre sum, and given the competition, it's an even bigger achievement...
It's also worth mentioning that UCLU Ultimate Frisbee Club (Under Cover Lovers) became the first student team to win the London Winter Frisbee league this weekend! Congratulations must be doled out to them too... Especially pleasing to beat their alumni (and coaches) on the way there.
