Entrepreneurs
A new addition to the UCL Union in 2007, the Entrepreneurs Society aims to aid aspiring entrepreneurs by way of creating opportunities for students to interact with established entrepreneurs and other experts, and discuss topical issues as well as to enable students to have better access to a variety of other resources.
In addition, we also intend to encourage students who are still undecided to explore a varying range of career paths while presenting entrepreneurship as one of the viable options available to them.
To help in this decision, we help to organise such events as:
Guest speaker evenings with talks given by famous, practical and active entrepreneurial personalities.
Competitions. A notable example of this is “The Assignment”, a one-day Apprentice style event focused on helping students developing sales, research and management skills.
