Founded in 2006, the Francophone Society, also known as "Le QG - which is a French abbreviation for Head Quarters - is at the heart of UCLU in creating a diverse and substantial international community. Centred on the French language and culture of the French-speaking world, Le QG is a fresh and vibrant organisation bringing students together around an academic, cultural

Our activities include film screenings, wine tasting, trips to French-speaking countries, French workshops for all levels, trips to musicals such as "Les Misérables", parties and dinners, guest speakers (writers, politicians), debates and speed dating.
