Jitsu

If you want to learn to defend yourself, get fit and meet other students, then look no further. Jitsu is a martial art involving throwing, locking and striking. It is also a practical art designed for self defence and is based on technique rather than strengh; thus a small and weak person can practise it just as well a giant. You do not need to be fit or strong to learn but your strength, fitness and co-ordination will improve after training regularly.
