Emergency General Meeting
Thursday, 9th October, 16:00There will be a General Meeting on the 9th of October, at 4pm, in Astor College Gym.
We will elect a Tech Officer, as Rodney sadly had to move away from London. This committee member is responsible for all technology and website-related administration.
We will also elect the new First Year Representative. This is the fresher who represents the entire group of first year dance society members. His/hers role is to liaise between the dance society committee and the first year member.
Anyone who is interested in running for any of these positions, please send an email in advance to the dance society with your name and contact details and just a couple of sentences about why you would be great for the position. For the actual EGM you will have to prepare a small speech (maximum 1 minute), to convince the society that you would be a good Tech Officer/First Year Rep.
