Want to quit smoking?

It’s not a great time of year for smokers. If they’re still standing, those New Year’s resolutions will require tough resolve to survive the sunny summer months and with the imminent ban on smoking in public places (UCL goes smoke-free on April 13th), if you’ve been looking to quit then now’s the time.

Camden Stop Smoking Service is running a Stop Smoking Group at the Norfolk Arms, a delightful smoke free pub on Leigh Street, WC1H 9EP, close to Euston Road.

Quitting with a group is a supportive, sociable, and extremely effective way to quit and you can enjoy a drink in a relaxing smoke-free atmosphere at the same time. CSSS use a mixture of Nicotine Replacement Therapy and expert advice to ease you through the process. Their approach has been shown to quadruple the chances of successfully quitting.

The group is free, starting on Tuesday 1st May, 6-7pm and running every Tuesday for seven weeks.
