The Citizen's Advice Bureau are carrying out a piece of research to build evidence for the case for regulation of letting agents. Part of this is a survey of those who have rented through a letting agency, either now or in the past. If you could circulate the link around your members it would be great, as evidence on the practice and performance of letting agents would be a useful tool for raising standards in the private sector.
