Open meeting about charity law

Janet Hoskin from Pinsent Masons, a Global 100 law firm which publishes specialist legal briefings for universities, will be attending an open meeting to discuss the role of students’ unions in the new charities system. The meeting will also address issues surrounding UCL Union's structure and charitable status.

The meeting will take place in the Gustav Tuck LT on the top floor of the South Wing of UCL at 1pm on October 23rd.

All students are invited to attend to discuss the role of UCL Union in a changeable climate and how we are affected by the transient nature of charity law and education policy.

If you have any specific questions that you wish to submit in advance, please email them in advance to representation@ucl.ac.uk with the subject line "Open meeting".
