I am currently involved with the Union as MAPS Faculty Representative and as a committee member of UCL Women’s Rugby. I greatly enjoy my involvement with the Union and feel there should be more communication to students of its function. I would encourage Media Societies to collaborate and report on Union politics making them less confusing to students. I would work closely with the events team to ensure the Communications and Services role is operated to its maximum potential, promote more inclusive entertainment celebrating UCL’s Cultural and Religious diversity and am determined to make Union events more Environmentally aware.

In my time at UCL I have been on both Arts and Sports committees – as Social Tennis President and President of the Jazz Society, as well as having produced/directed multiple shows. If elected I will put the skills and knowledge I have developed through these positions to good use - improving the services that Students want from their Union, communicating effectively with the Student body, advertising the services that Students can provide each other, and publicising the achievements of Students and Societies; with the intention overrall being to encourage greater involvement in, and enjoyment of, the Union and its services.

As Communications & Services officer I will encourage a really united student community at UCL. I would achieve this by facilitating the expansion of our amazing media societies, which should be the face and voice of the student body, and by using all my organisation and communtication skills to provide every UCL student with fun events, improved services, and support for the ideal student lifestyle- working hard while playing even harder! I am friendly, organised and experienced, having worked on events and scheduling for RareFM. I will do this job well and make it fun!
