Yasmin SAHINI am a second year international student of BSc History, Philosophy and Social Studies of Science and eager to represent international student issues at UCL because I know that the transition to London from your home country can pose difficulties. I already gained experience in the Union as Women’s Officer. This experience will help me to address International Student concerns in the Council and make international student’s aware of special career related events for them (e.g. Visa Options Post Graduation). I will be approachable and working closely together with other Union Officers to ensure international student issues are covered appropriately.
