- The Indian Society at UCL was established to promote the diversity of Indian culture in the university environment. We welcome anyone who is interested in Indian culture, making new friends, and most importantly, simply having fun!
- It is no coincidence that last year the Indian Society was one of the largest at UCL with over 250 members- our wide range of events are a great opportunity to meet new people and make new friends. These ranged from weekly dhol and Flex dance classes to our hugely popular showpiece events: IndiGold and Comedy Bizaar. This year we have a vibrant, friendly and exciting new commitee aiming to host another series of uniquely wonderful events sure to be as unforgettable as their predecessors. Comedy Bizaar
We would like to thank the Pakistan Society for helping us co-host this night of laughter and general good humour. The jokes went down well as did the food (our thanks to Sikh soc for the samosas). Well done to the scriptwriters and actors in particular, as well as everyone else who worked hard to make this event a success!

IndiGold!!
The inaugral IndiGold: Winter Ball was held in November at the Radisson SAS Portman; it was a sell-out and a huge success on the night. Guests enjoyed a glitzy champagne reception followed by a delicious meal with great music and dancing all night of course. Not to forget the open bar as promised!
Plans are already well underway for a sequel this year that will no doubt be even bigger and better. Don't risk missing out on this one of a kind event- watch this space for more details....
