New BF Class
We have started a new Core Stability class on Fridays 6.30 - 7.30 in response to members' demands.
Weight Training Tips
1) Try to keep your back flat and maintain good form while doing your set.
2) Do not lock your joints.
3) Lower the weights under control.
4) Do not drop the weights.
5) Replace the dumbbells and discs back on the racks.
