I have forgotten my password and/or username

If you have a UCL username and password, you should use those to log in. Otherwise, you may reset your password here.

I can't see some products

You need to log in with a UCL account before you can view certain products, such as Clubs & Societies or Give it a Go events.

Why do I still have 'Processing' orders?

An order is marked as 'Processing' while payment is attempted via the Barclays secure system. If you don't get as far as Barclays (by error or choice) then the order might remain 'Processing' forever.

There is no way, intentionally or unintentionally, to pay for one of these stuck orders. You may make new orders for the same products without worrying about duplicate payments.

If you have somehow paid for a product twice, please use the form above as we will be able to arrange a refund.
