1. Try to resolve issue with club/society president
2. Go to CSC reception and ask for a refund form
3. Complete the form and take it to the next F&A Officer surgery in the CSC for authorisation
4. Once authorised, take form to CSC reception to get a full refund
If you wish to make a complaint about how you have been treated by a member of a club or society or about the activities a club or society is undertaking, please fill in a Complaint Form – available from all Union outlets.
Bloomsbury Fitness
Memberships are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable.
For safety and insurance purposes membership is conditional on the satisfactory completion of the PARQ or on the production of
a doctor’s letter stating that it is safe for the applicant to participate in activities at Bloomsbury Fitness. If you are unable to satisfy this condition your membership will be refunded.
