This week (12th - 16th) November is disarmUCL's campaign week supported by UCL Union.
disarmUCL will be launching a new petition to get UCL to sell its shares in arms company Cobham plc and lobby UCL to further its commitment to ethical investment by making the timetable and process for adopting an ethical investment policy clear and public, and including of students, staff and alumni in this process.

We will also be running a stall in the union on wed/thurs/fri lunchtimes this week from 12-2pm where you can sign the petition in person, find out more about the campaign and get involved.
Members of disarm UCL will also this week be meeting with Lord Joel Joffe to discuss the implementation of an ethical investment policy and what an effective, wide-ranging yet viable ethical investment policy might look like.
The alumni group has also started a new letter writing campaign.
