A General Meeting may consider any matter, except an establishment matter, that is raised correctly according to the Standing Orders for General Meetings. The quorum for General Meetings shall be as laid out in the Standing Orders for General Meetings. Notice and procedure for General Meetings shall be in accordance with the Standing Orders for General Meetings

Decisions made at an Annual or Extraordinary General Meeting shall override those made at Union Council or any Union Committee subject to the standing orders for General Meetings.
