Hi, my lovely flatmate bought her flat and now I’m looking for a someone as nice as her to share a 2 bedroom flat in West Hampstead/ Kilburn area. The Flat is 4 minutes walk to Jubilee Line (Kilburn)which takes you into central London (Bond Street/Oxford Circus) in about 15 min and UCL in about 25 min. West Hampstead Trains are also near by (10 min walk), with good access to airports and East London The Flat is on first floor of a house conversion, with a good size kitchen, living room and a small bathroom. All rooms have windows and the insulation between floors is good. The neighbourhood is quiet, safe and green. We have Wi-Fi broadband (8 mb/s), wash machine/drier, microwave, medium size fridge and freezer. Subscribed TV is possible. Shops are near by (4 mins. walk), with 24 hours commodity shops, Sainsbury Local, 24 H buses, pubs, gyms etc. If you have a bike, Finchley Road O2 centre is about 7 to 8 min away with VUE and many shops/gym. About myself: I’m an Architect, 31 yo, PhD student at UCL. I’m clean, organized and respectful and expect the same. I like sports, going out to cinema, concerts, clubbing, meeting friends for a drink. The room is of fair size with a double bed and wardrobe and large window. Council tax is included in the rent, but other bills are excluded and work out more or less £45 pcm (or less if you don't need phone etc.) If you are a couple, the rent will be £750 inc. council tax.
