We have two double rooms available for subletting over the summer, anytime from mid June (15th/19th) until mid-late September. The house is a friendly 4-bedroom maisonette, literally just off the North side of Clapham Common - beautiful especially in summertime! It is a short walk, or very short bus ride away from clapham common underground (Northern Line) and clapham junction (Overground and National Rail) stations. There are excellent bus links to central, west and east london. Rent is £125 per week including bills, to be paid in advance, and we would require a deposit equivalent to 2 weeks rent (£240).
