Yes you can bring non UCL and/or non student guests to the ball.

No, indigO2 is a separate building within The O2.

Are there cloakrooms at indigO2?

Yes on every floor

What is indigO2 like inside?

indigO2 is a theatre-style configuration, with seating on the balcony. The floor can be all standing, part seated or completely seated depending on the event.

Once in the ball, will I be able to leave and come back in ?

We`re afraid that the event is strictly no re-entry.

Are there any cash points?

There is a free to use cashpoint located in the foyer area.

I`ve bought a ticket but can`t come, can a get a refund?

Unfortunately unless the event is cancelled we are unable to offer refunds.
