UCL UNION VOLUNTEERING NEWS # 22
This week, we’ve got quite a few office-based vacancies, including three with an international dimension (Interact Worldwide, Womankind Worldwide, and FC Unity). We’re also looking for gardeners, film makers, and volunteers to help with Westminster libraries homework club. Plus there are a few other items, including your chance to shape the future of UCL Union (and win £40 book/music vouchers whilst you’re at it – details below.)

Volunteering News
Once again we’ve got a jam packed newsletter for you to browse through. If you’d like to sneak in a quick bit of volunteering before the end of the academic year, we’ve loads of one-off events – including painting & decorating with Go London, fundraising with British Heart Foundation and London Air Ambulance, stewarding with Race for Life, and helping out with Fitzrovia Festival and The Carnival de Cuba.

UCL Union Summer Volunteering Evening
SUMMER VOLUNTEERING EVENING
Are you interested in volunteering over the summer? The VSU is running a Summer Volunteering evening on Monday 14th May 4 - 6pm in the Rehearsal Room, UCL Bloomsbury Building.
Come along, have a glass of wine, and find out about the kinds of projects you can get involved in over the summer, from charity internships you can do a few days a week to helping out at festivals and children’s holiday camps.
There will also be the chance to register the skills you have that you could contribute to a charity this summer, and the VSU will help you find a suitable placement.
