Description
Alone In London was set up by volunteers in 1972. We are based in King's Cross and offer integrated and wide-ranging support to homeless and potentially homeless young people across London. Volunteers are involved across all our services and teams, enabling us to provide a wide variety of volunteering opportunities. Volunteers can: provide young people with assessment and advice; support our advocacy work; help young people to access training and employment; support our fundraising team; co-facilitate workshops in schools; enhance our public policy work; provide administrative and research support. Volunteering is an important and valued part of our work with vulnerable young people, allowing us to benefit from the diverse skills and talents that volunteers offer.
