Description
Blind in Business is a young and vibrant charity, far removed from those such as the RNIB. We believe that everyone can reach their potential and we employ innovative methods to ensure.
Volunteers would principally be needed for the following on-going projects:
- To attend social evenings for VI grads and undergrads. We really want to expand our social activities in the City, and so the 'expertise' of students would be invaluable.
- To help us to manage our events, through attendance and assistance throughout.
- To act as guides at our exhibitions in conjunction with the RNIB.
- To act as readers/scribes for graduates attending assessment centres in the City.
Diversity and 'Reasonable Adjustments' are buzzwords in business at the moment, and so any experience in this crucial area will look brilliant on a CV.
