To provide mediation services to residents of North London experiencing difficulties with neighbours. To provide training in mediation and other conflict resolution approaches to individuals or groups. To promote mediation and other non-confrontational methods of conflict resolution to the community.

Description
Camden Mediation is an established service with reputation for quality and exellence. We handle a large quantity of referrals per year and have over 30 volunteer Mediators who mediate in neighbour disputes.
In 2001 Camden Mediation Service became the first Mediation Service in the UK to achieve accreditation of its training by Mediation UK. As members of the Open College Network London Region (OCNLR,) successful conclusion of our training gives learners nationally recognised credits. Our Training and Supervision Programme aims at supporting mediators in their work with the community.
Camden Mediation volunteers come from different backgrounds and we encourage diversity among our mediators. Our Equal Opportunities Policy ensures that we aim at recruiting trainees from all sectors of the community we serve.
