Description
Childline is the free, confidential 24-Hour telephone counselling service for children and young people. Our counselling is child-centred and confidential and our volunteer counsellors talk to young people about a wide range of problems including bullying, sexual and physical abuse, family relationships, bereavement, drugs and problems with peers. Childline provides free training for volunteers who work on our telephone helpline. We also use volunteers on our helpline switchboard in our admin and fundraising departments, as well as in our outreach work in schools.
