Scene and Heard
Scene and Heard is a unique mentoring programme that partners the under-privileged children of Somers Town with volunteer theatre professionals to give them an experience of quality adult one-on-one attention and to enable them to write and perform their own plays. The fundamental purpose of the project is to boost the children's self-esteem through a personal experience of success.

Termly playwriting/drama courses culminating in public performances 4 times a year.
Description
Scene and Heard is a children's charity, bring together the under-privileged children of Somers Town, London, with theatre professionals in order to create theatre. All out theatre professionals perform for us as volunteers and we are looking for individuals with technical theatre experience to work on our shows. We currently produce 4 shows a year at Theatro Technis, Camden, and are looking for volunteer lighting and sound designers/board operators, costume designer/maker and similar.
