Description
SOVA is the leading national voluntary organisation for recruiting, training and managing volunteer mentors within the Criminal Justice field. SOVA Camden is based at Camden Youth Offending Service and we provide volunteer mentors to young people who are known to the YOS. SOVA recruits volunteers to act as mentors to young people who have substance misuse and or mental health problems and are involved in a program called RAP. Volunteers are required to meet with their young person (mentee) on a weekly basis and be there to support and advise them in a positive manner.
