Description
The project is supported through the Royal Parks and Sport England, looking to increase sporting opportunities to a variety of groups within the central london area (specifically Camden and Westminster). Currently the main opportunities are based around the childrens activities, helping to run sessions and be there for general support to help with increasing demand. This will develop into a number of other areas over the next month – working with different groups with the aim of increasing physical activity and well being within their everyday lives. People would be expected to help support Active Sports Officers, be aware if any problems should arise, and generally keep people interested, promoting an open and friendly environment.
Sectors: sports, young people, children
