Main Activity
We run community engagement programmes in schools to raise awareness of intolerance and discrimination. Our research is looking into the reasons behind extremism in order to find solutions. We have a fundraising department working on raising funds from donors, events etc.

Tolerance International-UK is a dynamic charity working to moderate extremes, whether it is religious, socio-cultural or environmental. We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for students to help run a community engagement programme that works to educate and inform youths about intolerance.
You will get the opportunity to go into schools, religious institutions, youth clubs and other organisations that cater for young people and run an awareness raising workshop. You will work alongside and be responsible to the Programme Development Manager and the senior community development worker.
This is an unpaid position, suitable for those wanting to gain experience of teaching or anyone wishing to gain valuable experience and make an impact on today's youth.
