Description
Victim Supportline is a national helpline for anyone affected by crime. It provides callers with practical information and confidential support. It also gives callers access to local victim support schemes, witness services and referral to other agencies. Victim Supportline was launched in February 1998 and is based at Victim Support's National Office in South London. The project is run by five workers and a team of volunteers. The service is open from 9am to 9pm on weekdays, 9am to 7pm during the weekend.
