Note that it is ESSENTIAL that you complete and return:
- An Agreement with your community partners.
- an Activity Registration / Risk Assessment form at least two weeks before you begin activities.
- a Databse Registration form.
- an Activity Log after each session
- an Accident & Incident form should there be any accidents or 'near misses'
- A Project Plan
